Over The Top Cuisine has been providing boutique food and beverage catering to the private, corporate and charter aviation sector for over 8 years, with a strong commitment to the health and safety of our guests and our staff. We have always worked to maintain the highest sanitation standards.

In response to the evolving public health concerns relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to keep you apprised of our availability of service and to let you know what steps we are taking with regards to our safety measures in order to ensure our continued operation during these uncertain times.

We are vigilantly monitoring the guidelines and recommendations of the WHO, the CDC, the state & local Health Departments in Illinois and Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association and the local airports & FBOs that we serve.

We have remained open and safely delivered aviation catering throughout the COVID-19 crisis!

Though there have been restrictions imposed on restaurants and bars in various municipalities, no restrictions are currently in place to restrict the delivery of catering to aircraft and FBOs.

Therefore we are still able to fulfill orders as usual at the following airports:

DPA - DuPage Airport (IL) ENW - Kenosha Airport (WI) MDW - Chicago Midway International Airport (IL) MKE - General Mitchell International Airport (WI) ORD - O'Hare International Airport (IL)

PWK - Chicago Executive Airport (IL) RAC - Batten International Airport (WI) UES - Waukesha County Airport (WI) UGN - Waukegan National Airport (IL)

Safety:

Fortunately, due to our business model and standard operating procedures, we already meet or exceed the recommended guidelines issued by the health authorities above.

• Our kitchen is a stand-alone property and has never been open to anyone other than kitchen staff

• Our kitchen is inspected regularly by the Kenosha County Division of Health and has always passed inspection without violation

• Our standard cleaning and sanitizing practices already meet the guidelines for mitigating the spread of COVID-19 as recommended by health authorities

• Our food preparation and delivery operations are already conducive to recommended “social distancing”. Our kitchen always runs on minimal staff and our delivery drivers are able to deliver either directly to the aircraft or FBO with minimal interaction with other people

Extra Precautions:

Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented the following procedures:

• Re-educating our staff on safety procedures

• Doubling down on cleaning and sanitizing more carefully and frequently all common touchpoints and hard surfaces, including kitchen work surfaces, door handles, and restroom fittings and fixtures

• Frequent handwashing, use of hand sanitizer and food safety gloves by all staff

• Staff will wear appropriate masks and maintain social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC while performing their job duties

• Staff presenting any symptoms of being ill will NOT be permitted to work

• All staff will have their temperature checked and logged before each shift; staff with an elevated temperature will NOT be allowed to work
